The Virtues Project Denmark

“What is meant by Virtues?” — Jesper, Copenhagen N

Virtues are attributes which:

•Bring out the best aspects of human character

•Establish a universally accepted culture of moral behaviour

•Turn words into actions*

•Turn ideals into realities*

* from ‘The Family Virtues Guide’

A practical programme guiding us to what we can call decent behaviour. This non-political, non-religious, non-culturally biased programme has now arrived in Denmark. The Virtues Project is successfully used in many countries around the world, was honoured by The United Nations Secretariat for The International Year of the Family and supported by the Dalai Lama.

Attributes such as TRUST, HONESTY, CONSIDERATION, RESPECT are desirable for the wholesome development of the individual, for the nurturing of family well-being and for productive co-operation in the work-place.

How are these attributes imparted?

They are imparted by putting  The Virtues Project into practice. This means working systematically to strengthen the existing, desirable virtues in everyday life. It is a programme that has been a great help to many people, still is and will be in the future. It is a programme that can help everybody in both professional and private life.

IT IS CHALLENGING
